I didn't want to leave, so couldn't recommend more this hotel. Enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was comfortable. It had exceptionally nice and great location right by Leesville, stores and major shopping areas and restaurants.

The location was great in the middle of jackson and met expectation. Everything was great, newly renovated and spotless room with 2 beds. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous and we will be back.

The hotel was in a marvellous location close enough to major shopping areas and Leesville. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room was huge and neat; the bed was comfortable.

Very unfriendly staff!

The hotel is conveniently located near local attractions and amenities. It offers a reasonable price and has friendly staff who provide good service. The front staff greeting guests with a warm welcome. The hotel has a TV in the room.

The rooms are not well maintained and have old beds and linens. The bathroom has a cracked commode, rusty toilet paper holder, and low water pressure.

The place was filthy, there was trash all over the grounds outside, the grass needed to be mowed, we had no hot water and the tv kept shutting down. We had originally booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night and found a different hotel which was cheaper, cleaner, and much nicer. Do not stay at the Landmark Hotel if you don't have to. There are much nicer places like the Holiday Inn on post.

I liked that it had a little bar.

Smashed bug on the wall, sticky clothes hangers and rod, un-clean carpet, overpaint on everything including the carpet, showerhead was too low and clogged, bathroom door had been replaced and never prepped properly. Judging by the rest of the room, I didnt even sleep under the covers for fear that they too were filthy.

The beds were comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel is great, with plenty to explore nearby.

Felt so relaxed, couldn't find any faults.

The location was good, short commute to Fort Polk.

On three occasions, I called the front desk to set up a wake-up call and no one answered the phone. After twenty minutes I called again still got no answer, so I ended up walking to the front of the hotel only to find the desk clerk outside with her boyfriend!

Everything was really good, amicable staff, favourable location just off stores and restaurants and shopping. Nothing too much trouble, had a fine stay on my most recent visit. My hotel room was neat and huge with 2 beds. I enjoyed the Mexican cuisine in the restaurant.

I truly enjoyed recently refurbished and good-sized room here.
